Import và Export dữ liệu

I. Import dữ liệu

1. Từ file Txt

Data -> From Text -> Chọn file Text -> Chọn ký hiệu phân chia cột (Tab/Semicolon/Comma...) -> Next -> Finish

2. Từ file excel  khác

B1. Tạo Connection

Data -> Connecton -> Add -> Browse for More ... -> Tim file Excel -> Chon Sheet chứa dữ liệu muốn import -> Ok -> Close

B2. Import dữ liệu

Data-> Existing Connections -> chọn Dữ liệu vừa tạo Connection -> OK

II. Export dữ liệu

File -> Save as -> Chọn định dạng file muốn lưu (Excel/ Pdf/ Csv...) -> Save
